The Bharat Sustainability Expo 2025 is India’s largest integrated platform dedicated to advancing sustainable solutions for solid waste, wastewater, air pollution, and water management. The expo will be hosted at the India Exposition Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR, in December 2025, the expo unites industry, government, innovators, and communities to drive the nation’s transition towards clean, resilient, and sustainable communities—embodying the vision of Swachh, Vayu, Jal (Cleanliness, Air, Water).

According to the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), India generates on an average 500 million Tonnes (MT) of crop residue per year. Majority of this crop residue is used as fodder and fuel for other domestic and industrial purposes.
India generates around 700 TPD of biomedical waste approximately and about 90% is treated.
About 75% of the Collected water is being processed/ treated and 60% of plastics waste is recycled.
India witnessed a surge in electronic waste (ewaste) generation over the past five years, rising from 1.01 million metric tonnes (MT) in 2019-20 to 1.751 million MT in 2023-24, according to Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
